The TS11194 is designed to measure the electrical resistance of closed loops by induction of current at known voltages into the loops. Connections of loops under test are made usig clip-on transformers. The current injection source is powered from internal re-chargeable batteries and the voltage/current measuring instruments (Multimeter) is powered by replaceable dry cells.
